Process:

Submit the form – it will be received by the office and they will contact you as soon as your application is being processed.

  1. In signing this form, I confirm my agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of Risbygate Sports Club Ltd. (Articles available on our website)
  2. Membership of Risbygate Sports Club Ltd. is an annual agreement, with renewal dates indicated below on this form.
  3. Subscriptions will be pro-rata at 1/12 of the annual subscription per month for full or part months if joining after the start of the subscription year.
  4. Proof of full-time student status will be required to qualify for the student discount.
  5. In signing this form, or submitting via website, I consent to:
    1. Receiving email communications from Risbygate Sports Club Ltd.
    2. My personal information being shared with Club officers and Section representatives.
    3. My contact information (name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses) being shared with other members, sport’s governing bodies and regional/local associations for the sole purpose of registration or participation in local or internal leagues/competitions.
    4. The use of imagery taken at the club to be used for marketing purposes.
  6. Risbygate Sports Club Ltd. take your privacy seriously and we will securely store your personal information solely for the purposes of fulfilling our obligation to you as a member of Risbygate Sports Club Ltd. Your personal information will not be passed to any other organisation or shared with any third party other than if required by the statutory authorities or emergency services. We will retain your personal information whilst you have a valid subscription and for a maximum period of 13 months from cessation of membership. You have the right to view any information held on request.
  7. Lockers are available to members at a cost of £5.00 per year. Please contact the office if required. The Indoor Bowls subscription includes the free use of one locker for the subscription period.
  8. In times of inclement weather members agree to observe the weather conditions and play at own risk.

Payment: no monies will be taken online. Please send the payment to support your application by one of these methods:

  • Annual Subscriptions may be paid in full by the following methods:
    • Bank transfer to Risbygate Sports Club Ltd, Nat West Bank
      • Sort code: 52-30-31 Account number: 52685799
      • QUOTING YOUR LAST NAME AS THE REFERENCE
    • Cheque (payable to Risbygate Sports Club Ltd.) or cash delivered to the Club office.
    • Monthly using our Go Cardless system, the office will contact you to either come in and sign the necessary forms or send the agreement via email to initiate the payments.
